Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Boot Camp

Last week I had the pleasure of attending a conference in Chicago, Illinois that focused on the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). I am looking forward to continuing the great work that my colleagues and I began as representatives from the state of Georgia. ESSA is the legislation that will replace No Child Left Behind. As a state advocate, I am dedicated to ensuring that disability rights as well as student discipline reform are at the forefront of Georgia's implementation of ESSA.
